Primer

What color and what kind ? Well as far as color I only use black primer.Useing black primer will make black lineing easier, and for me it is more forgiving when painting large models. There is nothing whorse then painting layer after layer , just to cover up white primer.Or for the blend/color your trying to achive to remain to bright or to light because of the base coat (White primer).
There are also many primers on the market. From 12 dollar cans to cheap .99 cent spray paints. They all do the same thing, prime your model, and help the paint stick to them.My favorite brand can be found at Wal-Mart, "Color Place" black spray paint. You can not beat it at .99 cents a can.
Rember before primeing to clean up all your mold lines, and to not spay them on a humid day. The humidity can cause the primer or paint to crack when drying. This happens because your bottom layer is still wet while your top layer has already dryed.Thank you for takeing the time to read this and I hope it helps out.

Black lineing was easey, due to black primer. And paying attention to laying down your coats of paint.

OOOHHhhh Thank you Derrick "Inquisitor Venor,For showing me about artist grade oils. They cost a little bit more , but the paint will last longer in use. They do not dry up as fast.An you can also blend with them for ever.

It might take some time to get use to this style of paint, but it is realy fun and challengeing to. Most of these pictures are of old work.As I finish newer stuff I will post it. Iam also working on collecting paint formulas to publish here.

This is the man that painted a Killer Can with a "Q"-Tip,and it came out looking like a Diamond. Derrick "Inquisitor" Venor is hash and honest about art.He will teach you useing the school of hard knocks doctrine. But when he cuts you loose(kind of) your painting will have went from hot crayon to great looking minis.
